じゃんけん初制作日記/JanKen First Devlog

こんにちわ！今回からこの「じゃんけん(Rock-Paper-Scissors)」のゲーム制作日記をはじめます！
普通に練習がてらUnityで作ってたこのゲームですが、自分の制作進歩の記録をつけたい、モチベーションを上げたい、何か雑談をしたい、と思ってたので今回から始めることにしました。
Hi there~! I wanted to start a devlog for “JanKen (Rock-Paper-Scissors).
I was just working on this casual game as a practice for my unity game development but I wanted to record my progress, keep my motivation up, and just talk story about the game, so I decided to start writing something starting now.

ゲーム自体はシンプルに「じゃんけん」です。タイトル画面からフリープレイを押して、対戦相手を選んだあとにゲームがはじまります。左下にタイマーがあって、これが経過する間にグー、チョキ、パーを選びます。その間に対戦相手はヒントを出すアニメーションをしますのでこれをよく見て相手が何を出すかを推測してみましょう。三戦の内二回勝ったらあなたの勝ちです！
The game itself is a simple “Rock-Paper-Scissors” game. When you click on “Free Play” in the title screen, you will select your opponent and then the game will start.  There’s a timer in the bottom left, and you will choose the rock, scissors, or paper icon as your play before the timer runs out. Meanwhile, your opponent will throw out a hint in their animation so watch closely and predict your opponent’s moves to beat their play.  When you win 2 out of 3 games, you will be the winner!

キャラ設定は今後もっと掘り下げていこうと思います。
I think I will flesh out their characters more in the future.

今後はもうちょっとゲームっぽくしていきたいので「アーケード」モードや背景の追加、キャラのコスチュームとかも追加しますのでゲーム制作の勉強をしていくなかで色々このゲームも進化していきたいと思います。
In the future I would like to make the “game” part more fun so I’m planning to add an “Arcade” mode, add some backgrounds, and add costumes to the characters, as well as adding more characters. As I learn more and more about game development I would like to implement what I learned into this game and hopefully improve upon what I already have.
